Randi Lyman, CPO-CD® (Certified Professional Organizer Specializing in Chronic Disorganization) founded A Helping Hand in 2001. She offers residential hands-on and virtual organizing services for people with diverse organizing challenges, whether those challenges are mild, moderate or severe. 

Randi has been recognized as a leader in her industry, and was named one of the 2018’s Top Professional Organizers of Austin by She works closely with mental health professionals, as well as local and state agencies. She offers her clients a collaborative approach to creating lasting clutter management.

Carol Jones has been a professional organizer with her company, A Jones For Organizing, since 2009, and helps her clients manage their closets, kitchens, garages, and paper piles.  A native Texan, Carol has lived in Austin since 1985.  She is a member of NAPO, the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals, and has served on the NAPO-Austin Board since 2012. Her background is in tax work at the Internal Revenue Service, where she was a technical specialist, class instructor, and meeting facilitator.  Later in life she graduated from TSU with a degree in History.  She spent 4 1/2 fun years as a space planner at the Container Store before starting her business.  

Christina Potter is a pioneer of the professional organizing industry in Austin, TX.  As a founding member of the Central Texas Organizers (now NAPO Austin) Christina promoted the professional organizing business and encouraged other organizers to join. Christina has been empowering Austinites with sound organization techniques since 1994. Through her experience and knowledge she was able to guide clients in completing the projects that were causing them stress and frustration. Christina always believed that no one was born disorganized and that with proper skills and training they would be able to learn techniques to make their life easier.

Christina is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.  She taught elementary music, worked in business and finance at MCC and started her business, Organization Plus, in 1994.
As a retired member of NAPO Christina is now a mentor to new members of NAPO Austin. She is a Golden Circle member of NAPO and a past Board Member of NAPO Austin. Christina and her work have been featured on KXAN-TV and in the Austin American Statesman.
